AMPLIFY Youth Leadership Clubs give middle and high school students a place to discover their strengths, build confidence and turn their ideas into action.

Through hands-on leadership experiences, guest speakers, career exploration, team challenges, community service and youth-led projects, members develop practical skills in communication, decision-making, teamwork, problem-solving and leadership.

But AMPLIFY isn't a program where adults make all the decisions. Youth have a voice in what happens next. Members help identify issues and opportunities that matter to them, plan activities and service projects, take on leadership roles and work together to make a difference in their schools and communities.

Along the way, students build meaningful relationships with peers, caring adults, community leaders and professionals who can introduce them to new possibilities for their futures.

AMPLIFY gives young people more than a seat at the table. It gives them opportunities to lead.
